Will I be able to sign up for Wireless Home Internet if I live in an apartment?
At this time, Wireless Home Internet is not available to customers who live in multiple dwelling units.
What equipment will I need in order to get Wireless Home Internet?
GTA will determine and provide the equipment needed for your home installation.
What online activities can I do on Wireless Home Internet?
Wireless Home Internet supports standard internet activities such as web surfing, streaming music and movies, online gaming, social media and email.
Does weather affect service?
Wireless Home Internet relies on a wireless signal between your home and a nearby cell tower. Many things can affect the availability and quality of your service, including network capacity, terrain, buildings and weather.
How long does it take to get Wireless Home Internet service?
Wireless Home Internet service is available for installation within 3 to 5 business days. The installation usually takes about 2 ½ hours.
If I move, can I take Wireless Home Internet with me?
If you are moving, please contact 671-644-4482 to find out if services are available at your new address. For your safety, please do not attempt to remove the Wireless Home Internet outdoor equipment.
