Visit any of our GTA locations and provide a copy of your most recent wireless bill. A Customer Service Representative will then begin the porting process by sending a port request to your old carrier. Do not terminate service with your old carrier. If you do, you may lose your number altogether.
Data roaming is the ability to access data services such as receiving email and web browsing on your handset while traveling abroad.
All phones except our Refurbished / Certified Pre-Owned Smartphones come with a warranty. Specifically, iPhone and iPad products will come with 1 Year Limited Warranty and all other smartphones on a 1 Year or 2 Year contract will come with 1 Year Limited Warranty.

With 5G, customers can experience faster data speeds and lower latency (less delay in receiving and transferring data) than with 4G/LTE.
No, all GTA postpaid customers will automatically get 5G if you have a 5G compatible phone.
No, starting November 15, 2022, you should automatically have 5G service in our 5G serviceable areas.
If you are not receiving 5G service in our 5G serviceable areas, first ensure you’re on the latest software and that 5G is enabled on your device. If so, please try rebooting your device. To enable 5G on your device, follow these steps:
Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select “Global” or “5G”
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data > Select “5G Auto”
GTA’s 5G coverage is available at various parts around the island. In the north, we’re covering large areas of Dededo, Tamuning, Tumon, and Harmon and we have additional sites in Yigo, Anderson, and Latte Heights. In the central area, we have sites in Maite, Barrigada, Hagatna, Agana Heights, Chalan Pago and Mangilao. In the south, we have sites in Nimitz and Agat.
Bring your own phone: 12-month contract required. Customer must bring their own phone to avail of the discounts and additional data. Conditions may apply.
